A sleek destination, Lock Studios was designed with the London creative community in mind - from social media influencers to fast-growing tech start-ups. The project features multiple offices and studios, alongside a vibrant ground-floor café and collaborative meeting space that brings together workers and locals in a true community hub. IIS Space were proud to win a national award for the second year in a row at the Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards for this standout fitout. The project was delivered under a Blue Form of Contract within a 16-week programme, showcasing our ability to deliver quality, speed, and functionality in equal measure.
