Environmental, Social & Governance

Collaboratively building a sustainable future, guided by our CSR values and ESG commitments.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our philosophy is rooted in the conscious choice to embed ethical, social, and environmental considerations into every part of our operations.

As a specialist fit-out and construction firm, we believe in the power of incremental progress: that even the smallest action on a construction site can contribute to meaningful, long-term change. Our Corporate Social Responsibility commitment drives us to uplift our people, support our communities, and responsibly manage our environmental footprint.

However, a commitment is only as strong as its measurement. To ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, we implement our CSR intent through a rigorous Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy. This policy translates our values into action by providing the measurable criteria, the goals, metrics, and reporting structure that guide our strategy and track our progress toward a strong and sustainable future.

This culture of quality is formally underlined by our dedication to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, verifying our rigorous approach to quality management, environmental responsibility, and health and safety.

Environmental Policy

Sustainable Stewardship: Building a Greener Future

We recognise our essential role in minimising the environmental footprint of the built environment. As a construction and fit-out specialist, our Environmental commitment is focused on responsible resource management, waste reduction, and integrating sustainable practices that benefit both our clients and the planet. Our goal is to promote ecological sustainability and drive down carbon intensity across every project lifecycle.

Social Policy

People and Community: Fostering Safety, Inclusion, and Growth

Our people are our greatest asset, and our Social commitment is centered on ensuring their safety, promoting their wellbeing, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Beyond our sites, we are dedicated to engaging proactively with local communities, ensuring our presence contributes positively to society, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in all labor practices.

Supporting our Communities

Our community engagement and involvement.

Beyond the boundaries of our construction sites, IIS Space is committed to being an active, positive, and responsible member of every community we touch. We believe that true growth means investing in the places and the people around us.

Our community engagement is a cornerstone of our Social commitment, focusing on partnerships that address local needs, support youth development, promote wellbeing, and contribute meaningfully to the causes our team is passionate about.

The Butterfly Project

The Butterfly Project provides a range of materials to children affected by bereavement in the ICU & HDU, supporting children with their grief and loss, in a way that's sensitive to their age and developmental stage. We are honoured to sponsor this initiative and the incredible staff of ICU & HDU at St. James.
