September 2025
Project Commencement: Strip-Out Underway at Cabanas London St Pancras
We are pleased to confirm that the complete internal strip-out and refurbishment of the seven-storey St Pancras building is officially underway.
Key Progress
Demolition is progressing rapidly across the initial floors, effectively clearing all non-structural elements in preparation for the new layout and installation phase. Initial works are focused on securing the site for the major structural phases, including scaffolding an necessary protective measures for the building façade.
October 2025
The Demolition Approaches Completion, moving to the Exterior Transition.
We are approaching completion of the primary internal strip-out across all seven floors of the St Pancras building. Achieving this milestone means we are transitioning fully from demolition to the structural and installation phases.
Key Progress
Debris is being cleared from the seven floors, confirming the full completion of the interior demolition phase. Works on the exterior have commenced, with the installation of the exterior scaffolding underway.
November 2025
Exterior Façade Removal - Structural Reinforcement and Services Preparation Underway.
The scaffolding is installed at the front and rear. The exterior façade removal begins, and structural beams are on site.
Key Progress
Structural Reinforcement: Along with the façade removal the steel sections are currently being hoisted and positioned to reinforce designated areas. This reinforcement is specifically required to support the new, heavier HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units that will be installed.
