The transformation of an iconic Go Ahead London Bus Garage - A Grade II listed landmark and one of the UK’s most celebrated examples of post-war modernist architecture. Appointed by Go Ahead London, IIS Space led a full refurbishment of the 24/7 operations centre which serves as the central hub for managing 26% of London's bus network, delivering a state-of-the-art transport hub with new office environments, 55 state-of-the-art controller desks, an upgraded canteen and commercial kitchen, modernised bathrooms, and integrated operational facilities. This was a live environment project, delivered in close coordination with The Go-Ahead Group staff to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
